Yet we leave the buffet still feeling empty and hungry...So unfulfilled....

What is it going to take to make you full? What is it going to take to be truly STUFFED with fulfillment?
1) Observe Your Language
How are you speaking about your life? Begin to observe how you are speaking to yourself and others. Language is one of the quickest ways to change our state. Most of us are not even aware of the language we use to speak about ourselves and our lives. This causes us to vibrate at a low frequency where we feel down, tired, lethargic and lack energy. Getting trapped in this moldy, stuck and mundane state. The first step to change is shifting our awareness. Awareness comes from OBSERVATION.
2) "How Do I Desire To Feel Today?"
When was the last time you asked yourself, “How do I desire to feel today?” Being crystal clear on how you desire to feel gives you the power to have a say in the way your day plays out. I desire to feel joy, adventure, passion, love and connection! This simple question puts you in the driver’s seat of YOUR life! Life will no longer happen TO you, Life will happen FOR you! Did you know you have a say in how you feel, EVERYDAY?
3) Give Yourself Permission
Give yourself complete permission to experience REASONLESS joy! It is okay to SMILE! For no reason or for many reasons. It is okay to laugh! The busier we get, the increase of stress, indicating to our bodies to release additional amounts of damaging hormones causing anxious, depressed feelings and restless nights of sleep where the noise in your head won't turn off. We almost forget that laughing is an option too! The act of smiling releases Serotonin (natural anti-depressant) a bliss, feel-good hormone instantly bringing joy and bliss into our present moment. ALLOW yourself to be immersed in this bliss that is ever present within you! Give yourself permission to feel ALIVE now!
4) Drop the Plate
Drop the plate. You don’t need the plate. Begin to look where you can feel joy RIGHT NOW. Fulfillment begins in this present moment. Not tomorrow...not next week…not the next vacation...not "one day." Drop the plate, look up, look around you at all the beauty that is your life RIGHT NOW. If we continue to wait for the magical ONE DAY... “ONCE I retire…ONCE I find the love of my love...ONCE I get the promotion...ONCE I get this house..” we will never truly be fulfilled. We will go through this entire life searching for more entrees, more sides, more desserts, more cars....more money...more physical beauty. What is it going to take to fill you up? It isn't going to be the plate or even the food on it. Imagine you are picking yourself up and placing yourself right outside of yourself life to begin observing and watching...
