PACKING LIST

Most of the days are going to be sunny and warm (average of 80 degrees during the day) so pack light -shorts, tank tops, sun dresses, swim trunks etc. Here is a list of everything you need for staying cool and having the greatest transformational experiences through adventures and nature.

  CLOTHES & ATTIRE

  • 1 pair of sandals/flip flops (You'll be wearing these most of the time. Welcome to island life)

  • 1 pair tennis shoes and 1 pair hiking boots. (Xeroshoes is a great company we recommend)

  • 1-2 swim suit(s)

  • Clothing/undergarments/socks/underwear for 10 days (including flight days)

  • Include 4-6 pairs of comfy workout clothes for adventures, yoga and hanging out in the luxurious treehouse villa.

  • Include outfits appropriate for your desired free time. If you plan to go to a nice dinner, bring a pair of dress up clothes (Men - pair of jeans with T-shirt/collared shirt. Women - loose and comfy dresses are super popular in Bali) to show off your style. If you plan to explore, shop and walk around, bring casual clothing that makes you feel good.

  • If you plan to visit the Sacred Temple(s) please bring at least ONE outfit that covers your shoulders and knees to respect the culture of Bali. You will be required to wear a sarong when on the Temple grounds. They are beautiful, inexpensive and a huge part of the Balinese culture.

  • 1 warm outfit- pants/jacket/hoodie/gloves for our early volcano hike! Expect temps as low as 50 degrees (with a wind chill) at the top of the Volcano at 5am. It gets warm once the sun is out and shining.

  • 1 lightweight and waterproof rain jacket. Mother Nature can be unpredictable in Bali so having a rain jacket comes in handy!

  DAY PACK

  • 1 day pack/small backpack- this will be used for our day hikes/having a bag to carry during the day

  • Fanny pack/purse. We recommend (even men) bring a fanny pack or sling bag /man purse. It is always nice to have a little bag to carry your passport/money/ID/and phone. To always keep it with you on your body. This is the safest and easiest way we have found to keep our belongings safe and close by.

Packing tip for the ladies: Always pair outfits (2-3 dresses, 1-2 rompers) with a similar color scheme. That way you can bring half the amount of clothes and mix-match outfits.

  • Bring a couple pairs of gym clothes outfits. These are comfy outfits that can be worn on adventures, yoga* and hanging out at the villa. (Laundry services will be available as well)

  • Toiletries (we recommend eco-friendly small-sized products that will pass Mother Earth as well as airport security). The Homeland Security website uses the 3-1-1 rule for carry-on luggage= 3.4 ounce (100ml) bottle or less (by volume); 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3.4 ounce(100ml) container size is a security measure. Make sure your bottles are 100ml or less in volume

  • Headphones/iPad/Laptop/GoPro/Camera/portable charging device (totally optional, you are responsible for all electronics used during your retreat experience. Our accommodation does have free WiFi)

  • Universal adapter to charge your phone and other electronic devices. The outlets here in Bali are not compatible with USA prongs. This can easily be found on Amazon or purchased in Bali on arrival at the local market.

  • Sunscreen (It is 3x the price in Bali for low quality sunscreen)

  • Travel wipes, hand sanitizer and any other sanitary products

  • Bug spray...highly recommend tiger balm for these Balinese jungles! It works better than any store-bought bug spray.

  • Journal/notebook for our breakout sessions and for you to journal your transformational experiences, realizations, insights and new discoveries.

  • Passport holder (optional)

  • Any over the counter medications, oils, herbs, or vitamins you use daily. The pharmacies in Bali has EVERYTHING you need in case you forget anything, at a fraction of the price, too.

*Yoga mats and props will be provided onsite

Prices in Bali are unbelievably cheap! There will be many shopping opportunities for authentic crafts, clothing, spiritual products and souvenirs so make sure you have space to bring goodies home.
